Take a Break

Should you feel that you'd like to apply a short break to your gameplay with us you can use the 'Take A Break' functionality. This will temporarily freeze your account for the chosen period, after which your account will automatically be available for you to access. The available 'Take A Break' periods are:

  • 24 hours
  • 1 week
  • 1 month
  • Any period up to a maximum of 6 weeks

If you chose to use the Take a Break tool any balance in your account at the time will not be affected.

Self-exclusion

You may decide that you'd like to take a longer break from gambling with us. You can apply a 'Self-Exclusion' to your account which will block any current accounts you have on our network and prevent you from registering to any new websites during this time.
