Jumpman Gaming was created with a vision to provide a safe, fun and exciting place for customers to gamble online, and a close knit and supportive environment for our employees. Our team is based right here in the UK and we take our responsibilities as citizens very seriously. We care deeply about the welfare of our customers, partners and employees. We’ve created this website to share with you some of the tools we have available to manage your gameplay on our websites as well as some general tips on health and wellbeing which we hope you will find useful.

Thank you for being a part of the Jumpman Gaming family and we hope you continue to have an enjoyable experience on our websites.

Take care,
Jumpman Gaming

Responsible Gambling

We believe gambling is a fun and exciting activity when it is enjoyed within safe limits. Whilst the vast majority of players are able to manage this for themselves, for some customers this can prove more difficult. That is why we provide a number of helpful tools which allow you to manage how you would like to play on our sites. Read on for more detail on what these are and how they can be applied to your account, and remember you can always contact us at customercare@wearejumpman.com should you need any more information!

Deposit limits

Deposit limits allow you to set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on your account to ensure that you play within your means and only gamble what you can afford to lose. We set automatic deposit limits for you but you can decrease these if you wish by visiting the Responsible Gambling page or contacting our friendly support team who will be happy to apply these for you.

Please note that deposit limits are site specific; if you hold accounts with us on multiple sites you should apply deposit limits on each account or contact our support team for assistance applying these across all accounts.

Take a Break

Should you feel that you’d like to apply a short break to your gameplay with us you can use the ‘Take A Break’ functionality. This will temporarily freeze your account for the chosen period, after which your account will automatically be available for you to access. The available ‘Take A Break’ periods are:

  1. 24 hours
  2. 1 week
  3. 1 month
  4. Any period up to a maximum of 6 weeks

Take A Break can be accessed by visiting the Responsible Gambling page or contacting our support team.

From time to time you may decide that you’d like to take a longer break from gambling with us. You can apply a ‘Self-Exclusion’ to your account which will automatically freeze your account for a period of 6 months. During this time you will be unable to log in, deposit or withdraw funds or play games on any of our sites, regardless of the site on which you applied the self-exclusion. At the end of the 6 month period you may regain access to your account if you contact us via customer support, otherwise it will remain closed. To apply self-exclusion visit the Responsible Gambling page or contact our support team at customercare@wearejumpman.com.

Should you wish to go a step further and restrict your access to a wide network of online gambling sites you can use Gamstop, which is a free service that enables you to self-exclude from all online gambling companies in Great Britain. To find out more and to sign up please visit www.gamstop.co.uk.

With lockdown easing across the UK it is still important to follow social distancing where possible. Government guidelines states we should “Stay Alert” to control the virus and save lives. The government has published guidance on what you can and cannot do outside your home. This includes guidance about when you can leave your home, seeing other people and going to work.

How to avoid spreading the infection

It's very important to do what you can to reduce the risk of you and other people getting ill with coronavirus.

You can spread the virus even if you do not have symptoms.

  • Try to stay at least 2 metres (3 steps) away from anyone you do not live with (or anyone not in your support bubble)
  • Wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
  • Use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home
  • Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your sleeve (not your hands) when you cough or sneeze
  • Put used tissues in the bin immediately and wash your hands afterwards

  • Touch your eyes, nose or mouth if your hands are not clean

Face coverings

Wear something that covers your nose and mouth:

  • On public transport
  • When you go to hospital appointments or visit someone in hospital

If you can, also wear a face covering in other places when it's hard to stay away from people, such as in shops.

Health & Wellbeing at Home

For the majority of us who are staying at home during this time it’s our job to keep ourselves happy, balanced and healthy whilst the health workers outside tackle the disease. Here are some of the ways the Jumpman team has been keeping busy and sane at home:

  • Staying in touch with family and friends over the phone - try calling one person a day!
  • Keeping your mind busy with activities like cooking, reading, online learning and watching films
  • Doing light exercise at home, or outside once a day - we love yoga, running and High Intensity exercise!
  • Eating healthily - remember to eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as whole foods to keep yourself feeling positive...ditch the pizza and crisps and try cooking a homemade curry or pasta bake!

Meditation Tips For Beginners:

  1. Start with just 2 minutes a day for a week
  2. If all goes well, increase by another 2 minutes for a week
  3. Set a reminder for every morning to meditate first thing each morning
  4. Don’t get caught in the how – just do
  5. Count your breaths
  6. Come back when you wander
  7. Don’t worry if you’re doing it wrong
  8. Stay with whatever arises
  9. Follow guided meditation
  10. Smile when you’re done 😊
